Greg's Homepage

Major Accomplishments!
Greg's Work. Greg works as the Eastern Division technical support specialist for a national funeral services company, Stewart Enterprises, Inc. Yep, all that time at Rader as he worked his way through college is paying off! Greg is responsible for sites from Florida to New York! He loves the job, and thinks the people are great.

Greg is back in graduate school! Starting in March 2007, he will be working towards his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at North Greenville University. It is an intensive program that completes in about 14 months. So Greg will be very busy through the summer of 2008. Congratulations Greg! We are very proud of you!

In Virginia, Greg was working towards his Master of Science in Telecommunications with a concentration in Network Technologies and Applications at George Mason University. 4 classes down, and then we up and relocated. It was tough program, and so the majority of Greg's non-work time was spent studying. But if you're going to put out the money, there's no excuse to not put out 110%. Here are some links to Greg's writings from his first 700-level class. (By the way, he got an A!)

Greg got his Certified Novell Administrator (CNA) certification on Sunday, March 14, 2004! He adds this to his CompTIA A+ certification that he got several years ago. He studied very hard, especially over spring break, and did great on his exam. Just more that makes his wife and son so proud of him!

Fun
When asked what he wanted listed in this section, the first thing Greg said was, "Hanging out with my wife and son." Well dear, the feeling is mutual! xoxo He is especially enjoying his daddy-and-me swimming classes with Michael that they've been attending every Saturday starting since April 2003!

Greg's hobbies? Roasting his own coffee and making his own yogurt. Yep, he gets green beans (not the kind you eat for dinner, rather green COFFEE beans) and roasts them in a hot air popcorn popper. And the yogurt? Take a bunch of milk and a tiny spoonful of active yogurt, and it makes a whole batch! He's also been making keifer, but Susan thinks that stuff smells awful!

Anyone who knows Greg knows that he is an avid scuba-diver, and even the dead of winter won't keep him from "getting wet".  Favorite dive spots?  Hatteras, NC... Cozumel, Mexico... Anywhere within the "Graveyard of the Atlantic". Of course with a new baby and his graduate studies, he doesn't have much time for diving these days. In fact, he hasn't "gotten wet" in a couple years. But he still dreams....
